Who pays the customs duty for international orders?

• For international deliveries, custom duty, import taxes, or clearance charges must be paid by the customer.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Why do I need to pay customs duty?

• Some countries (especially USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU countries) may require customers to pay additional fees before the package is delivered.
• These charges are decided by your country’s customs department, not by ChuttiPattu.

Does ChuttiPattu pay customs charges?

• No. ChuttiPattu does not cover or refund customs duty. The customer must pay it directly to the courier/customs if required.

Since most outfits are custom-made, returns are not accepted, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.

Exchanges are possible only for ready-made items and only if:

• The item is unused
• You inform us within 24 hours
• The size availability is confirmed

Please share an unboxing video so we can verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will replace the product free of charge.

To process any damage or defect claims, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

Begin the video before cutting or tearing any part of the package.

2. Show the full parcel clearly

Hold the parcel in your hand and show:

• Outer cover
• Courier label
• Seal condition

3. Open the parcel on camera

Do not pause, cut, or edit the video.

Make sure the opening process is fully visible.

4. Take the product out slowly

Show the contents one by one without stopping the video.

5. Show the issue clearly

If there is any defect/damage, make sure it is clearly visible in the same video.

6. Video must be continuous (no cuts or breaks)

Edited or partially recorded videos cannot be accepted.

Since most ChuttiPattu outfits are custom-made, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.

Refunds are applicable only if the ordered product cannot be made, or in case of duplicate payments or verified defects.
