Domestic Shipping (Within India)

All domestic orders are shipped through reputed courier partners such as DTDC and ST Courier.

If a specific pin code is not serviceable by these partners, we use India Post for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. You can also find them under the Order History section if you placed the order on our website.

Please Note:

• Dispatch Timelines (Custom Made Orders): 3 – 4 weeks depending on our order schedule.
• Delivery Duration: Orders will be delivered in 1 – 3 business days from the date of dispatch (subject to courier serviceability and destination).
• Delays: chuttipattu.com is not responsible for courier or postal delays. We guarantee dispatch from our end within the committed timeline.
• Multiple Addresses: Orders placed in one cart will be shipped to a single address. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Customs Clearance & Import Duties

Customs clearance is mandatory in most countries. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges will be borne by the customer.

We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.

We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock.

In rare cases of unavailability, we will notify you within 2 working days and offer alternatives or initiate a refund if required.

Since our products are handcrafted, pre-orders typically take 32 – 36 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Timelines may extend during peak festive seasons — please check homepage alerts for updates.
