Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Since most of our outfits are handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns except in the situations listed below.

✅ Eligible for Exchange/Return (with prior approval)

• Damaged / Defective item received
• Wrong product received or not as described on the website
• Size mismatch (only if a different size from what you ordered was sent)

⚠️ Note: Products purchased during sales/special discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange/Return

• Minor variations in handcrafted ornamentation, design, colour, or pattern (natural with artisan-made products) 
• Slight differences in skirt border size (may vary by age group or fabric availability)
• Requests based on preference changes after delivery (style/colour selections, etc.)

📦 How to Initiate a Return (Approval Required)

To help us help you faster, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

• Record an uncut opening video (360° view of the sealed parcel to product) clearly showing the issue.
• WhatsApp or DM or Email us with your order number, issue details, and the video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returns can be accepted within 2 days of delivery

• Ensure the product is unused, with all original tags/labels, and in its original packaging.
• Securely pack the return to prevent damage in transit.
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• Once your return is approved by us, ship the product to the address we provide and share the tracking details with us along with your original order number.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll update you via email.
  
• If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 to 15 workings days
• Exchange of the product in case where exchange are approved, exchange of the product will be done within 4 to 5 working days

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Since most ChuttiPattu outfits are custom-made, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.

⚡ Important

• Forced returns (returns sent without prior approval) will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for these.
• Packages damaged due to poor return packaging may be rejected.
